If conflict were a good friend of yours, what would that friend be trying to tell you?
Let's find out - in professional or private contexts.

What comes to mind when you think of conflict? Disruption and change? Vulnerability and discomfort? Courage and strength?

My name is Julia Warner and I am a registered mediator with the Austrian Ministry of Justice, and I support individuals in developing their ability to understand and deal with conflict.

From my personal perspective, I can’t think of a more important life skill than that.

If we learn to approach conflict with an open mind and a genuine desire to understand ourselves as well as our counterparts, we can make faster progress towards more sustainable solutions.

I offer individual coaching, group training and mediation services. Please take a look around my website and feel free to get in touch.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Training

Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I may remember.
Involve me and I learn.

– Benjamin Franklin

Conflict Management

Conflict is an opportunity: a chance to learn more about yourself, others and your environment. It offers us a moment to reflect on and possibly improve our interpersonal relationships as well as grow as individuals. Understanding conflict means understanding ourselves.

As a registered mediator, I offer seminars and workshops where participants can learn to strengthen their ability to understand and deal with conflict.

Addressing conflict with confidence & composure ‧ Giving clear feedback ‧ Asserting your needs and wants non-violently

Mediation

Business Mediation

Mediation is a voluntary process that is based on self-responsibility.

It is a process where the conflict parties learn to understand each other’s interests with the support of an uninvolved external professional. The process includes cooperating in order to achieve a shared goal: namely, a binding agreement that both sides can commit to. The mediator is there to facilitate communication and understanding.

As a registerd mediator with the Austrian Ministry of Justice, I offer in-company mediation for teams where companies are looking to improve cooperation and efficiency. When necessary, I work in co-mediation with partners specialized in various business areas: finance, law, technology etc.

Coaching

The purpose of education is to replace an empty mind with an open one.
